Asevotech Expands Software Operations with New Offices in Tallahassee

Tallahassee, FL – Asevotech is pleased to announce the grand opening of their latest office in Tallahassee, Florida. The addition of the Tallahassee office brings the number of Asevotech locations to three nationwide.

Asevotech specializes in the development of custom Emergency Management software applications and software services. During some of the most recent hurricanes, Asevotech implemented their product, HAUL Monitor, to assist contractors with debris cleanup. HAUL Monitor is a web-based electronic document management and accounting system for load tickets when it comes to disaster recovery.

"We had a fantastic year in 2009,” Wes Holden, Executive Vice President of Asevotech says, “Not having a busy hurricane season allowed us to focus on the custom software development side of our business. We have expanded into such areas as document imaging and data entry. This growth in our operations made it necessary for us to open a third office in Tallahassee”.

The expansion in Tallahassee is also due to the recent state term contract awarded to Asevotech. Beginning last September, Asevotech was awarded the Florida State Term Contract for Information Technology Consulting in Areas 1 through 4. By being a prime contractor for IT services, they’re permitted to provide assistance to any Florida agency or municipality, something that non-awarded companies cannot do.

“The state term contract has also brought on a lot of business for us,” continued Mr. Holden “most of which is in the Tallahassee area. Our office is strategically located in downtown Tallahassee, facilitating site visits and face-to-face meetings with our clients.”
